As a dietary supplement, begin by taking one capsule per day for the first three days, 30 minutes prior to morning meal. For maximum effectiveness, after day four, take a second capsule 6 to 8 hours later, 30 minutes prior to main meal. To avoid restlessness, do not take within 4 hours prior to sleep. Please read entire label carefully before use and follow directions. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules per day.

Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, or shortness of breath.
