Directions for Regular Use: Take 2 scoops 30 minutes before breakfast witha least 1-2 ounces of cold water for a quick shot or if you prefer a long last drink, add 4-8 ounces of cold water. Take this product every day, including non-workout days. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
