To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) Liquid-Cap taken with a glass of water two 892) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals. For days three and beyond, follow the guidelines below. Do no exceed 2 Liquid-Caps in a 4-Hour period and/or 6 Liquid-Caps in a 24-hour period.
