As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water 30-40 minutes prior to training. First time users, do not exceed 1 scoop for your first 2-3 workouts to allow your body to adjust and assimilate to Galvanized's high dose of nutrients. Use only on training days.
Notice: Consume a minimum of approximately 1 gallon of water a day. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking Galvanized.
