Suggested use: Mix 1-2 scoops in water and consume 30 minutes pre-training on an empty stomach. (Persons with a sensitive stomach may wish to consume a small amount of food first). Start with 1 scoop and assess your tolerance before increasing the dose. OPTIONAL: On non-training (rest) days, use METHYLDRENE ATOP to support energy and focus. For maximum impact, stop using this product for 1 week every 8 weeks. Never consume more than 3 scoops in a single setting or in a single 24-hour period.
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. This product is strictly intended by use by persons 18 years or older with experience performing high-intensity resistance exercise and using stimulants. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing or trying to become pregnant. Do not use if you are currently unaware of your health status or if you have a medical condition including but not limited to heart, liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostrate or glaucoma. Do not use if you are taking prescription or non-prescription medication of any kind including but not limited to MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use if you are prone to overheating or dehydration. Do not use in combination with other products containing caffeine (e.g. Coffee, tea, soda) or geranium oil extract, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or other stimulants. Never exceed the maximum dose of 3 scoops (3 servings) in a single setting, or a single 24-hour period. After 8 weeks of use, take 1 week off before resuming use. Discontinue at least 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.
