Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Triacetin, and Polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Take three (3) tablets every morning with food or juice.
Competition Loading Phase: Take three (3) tablets of EO2 VMAX with food or juice 2 times per day (total of 6 tablets daily) for 4 days prior to competition.
