Do not shake before breaking seal. This product is manufactured and bottled under extreme pressure, and therefore, if shaken immediately prior to breaking inside seal, it is possible there may be overflow. After inside seal is broken, shake well before using. Recommended 1 ounce/30 ml per day (2 tablespoons). Take with meal. Refrigerate after opening. Children: Recommended 1/2 ounce/15 ml per day (1 tablespoon) for children under 12 years of age.
